I’m not a trainer who just counts repetitions. I work systemically to deliver real, lasting improvements in physique and overall health.
I am a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience working with clients at all levels — from complete beginners and busy corporate professionals to competitive bodybuilding athletes.
I have gone through the full training journey myself — from absolute beginner to competitive level. This path has given me a practical understanding of physique development, physical strain, injury management, and the process of returning to peak form.

Personal Trainer Certification (2014, Kraków, Poland) completed under the supervision of a Polish national bodybuilding champion and certified bodybuilding judge, Wojciech Bocheński
